I'm Aarush. I like looking beneath the obvious. A company is more than its product. An organization is more than its structure. A person's decision is rarely explained by the reason they give for it. A technology's impact depends on far more than what the technology can do. That is what interests me.
I explore businesses, organizations, technology, psychology, strategy, and the relationships between them. Sometimes that means taking apart an AI company to find what actually drives its business. Sometimes it means looking at a company that failed and asking whether a different decision would have changed the outcome. Other times it means building a framework for a problem that has no obvious way of being seen.
I am less interested in collecting answers than in developing better ways of seeing. This site is where that process is put into practice. Some of these ideas will hold up; some will change as I learn more. That is part of the point.
Because almost everything has more to it than meets the eye.
